Short statement regarding tonights scheduled fixture.

The Club were contacted by Maldon & Tiptree yesterday (Wednesday) to notify us they would not be fulfilling the Isthmian League fixture at the Goldstar Ground on Thursday 30th December.

Maldon had sent a request to the Isthmian League to postpone the fixture due to Covid issues.

The match is therefore postponed and Felixstowe & Walton United will leave it to the Isthmian League Commission to judge the circumstances surrounding the case and if the criteria for postponement has been met by Maldon & Tiptree.

Notwithstanding our disappointment at another postponement at short notice, we wish the players involved well and a quick recovery.

Our next scheduled fixture is away at Bury Town on Monday 3rd January at 1pm.
